At AFUB, we take special pride in our transparent and solid governance organs, which derive their legitimacy from the mandate conferred on them by our 57 member organisations. Each four years, member organisations send to national delegates (a woman and a man) to represent them and vote for their chosen board contenders during AFUB general assemblies. Women delegates also exercise their right and duty of electing members of the AFUB Women’s Committee prior to AFUB general assemblies.
