2011 is a truly exciting milestone! We have just rolled out a project in partnership with the Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired (SRF) to build the capacity of our member organisation in Uganda in using the UN Convention as a monitoring and advocacy tool! Likewise, AFUB together with the WBU and the Soros Foundation is undertaking an evidence-based research project to assess how accessible and inclusive human rights programmes and activities are in a randomly selected number of countries in Africa!
