Latest publications
- Our youth empowerment project in partnership with SRF has come to an end. The KDDP project has reached over 60 visually impaired youth from 15 African countries. The evaluation report of the project has recently been published.

- Our five-year women empowerment project has had a great impact in establishing national women's committees in four out of the ten target countries. Many women leaders have been able to take up leadership positions thanks to the skills and knowledge they have acquired through the project.

- In 2006, AFUB partnered with both the Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired (SRF)and Disability Rights Promotion International (DRPI)to implement a human rights monitoring project. Two comprehensive reports on the findings (for Cameroon and Kenya) detailing individual and systemic cases of rights violation were published in 2007.
